What does it mean to be healthy anyway? Students are told to work on being healthy all the time without being told what that should be. Health generally breaks down into three things.

  1. Activity
  2. Food
  3. Mental health.

Being in control of these three things will help to increase performance in school, attitude, and physical performance. This section of the blog is devoted to helping keep you updated on all the opportunities on campus, and plenty of how to’s. College doesn’t have to get the best of you, even though Rexburg tries pretty hard to deter all of us there are many secrets yet to be unearthed.
